Dyno with SC pulley only added
Well I suppose I'm happy with the result I got on the dyno today givin hotter weather.
1.) the temp was 17 degrees hotter (95 Fahrenheit) then the last time I used the dyno 78 degrees. (When it cools down a bit will go back to make a better Comparison)
First run had about 35 mins to cool down before the first pull.
First pull put down 467whp and 526rwtq.
Second pull was done Immediately after put down 457whp and 518rwtq
Third pull dyno didn't read correctly so redid it and made 460whp and 513rwtq.
So In conclusion the smaller supercharger pulley adds power for sure being it was that 17 degrees hotter and way for humid ! I put down Similar numbers and more torque so has to be making more power 82mm TB next or crank pulley

Looks like your well below 10s. I'd say you're pig rich or your IATs are getting too high and you're dumping fuel. What were your IATs? Did Cory adjust the file? What did he say about the AFRs?

Ya that is what I thought ? He says AFR plots on an inertia dyno (dynojet) when the car is basically standing still (nowhere near the airflow across the front that it sees on the road), is not a very accurate indicator of actual AFR- it's rich because intake temps are higher than they'd be on the road due to lack of airflow, etc i guess when they tune they like to use a load bearing dyno.

Your numbers are inline with my last dyno run and similar mods. Haven't dyno'd with the 82mm yet, but it feels amazingly different, along with the 82mm Eurocharge tune...I'm expecting over 500whp....I hope

You have a kleemann tune for the sc pulley?
NVM, you didn't retune your car after the pulley.

Nice. A 82mm TB will probably give u 20-25whp and raise your trap maybe 1-2 mph ?
When do u plan on dynoing and hitting the track again ? Nov-dec I'm assuming. I'm def going around then. I have a buddy that has a mean N/A e63 being worked on right now ! We're talking ported heads, cam, mbh header,x-pipe, Charcoal delete, tune ! He wants to hit the track as well !

As soon as the weather cools (70F or less), I'll be at the track...I'll be at Fixxfest in Bradenton in November, track prep sucks and it was a bit hot last year- but you can get lots of runs in all day. If RBJ hosts another dyno day @ Rage-Tek in Ft Lauderdale this year I'll go there for a dyno run, since that's where I went last and can get an accurate comparision. My car was also rich that last dyno run...I know for sure the tune was rich, I could smell it and feel it...the new tune is spot-on, and I am running a wideband now so I can see it. Although I was dyno tuned I think there was some confusion since it was a remote tune...and a hectic, busy dyno day..and the tuner may have mistakenly though I was cat-less. So, he was basing the tune which appeared lean to him on the wrong info.

When I did my header and tune with Kleemann over a year ago Cory gave me the
Stage 2 ECU file so if I ever decided to do a crank pulley I could just install and not
Have to worry about a retune. Since I knew the smaller sc pulley wouldnt add
As much power as the crank pulley I'd be fine. Bottom line expect 15whp and 30+tq from the smaller pulley if ur lucky.

yes it is ! I made less WHP but more torque on the same dyno just 17 degrees hotter so the upper pulley def gives you power just not as much as some ppl hype it up to be

My new EC box tune runs around 11.8 at high rpm dropping to 11.3 or 11.4 at redline. Keep in mind I have the 82mm TB with the shaft ground down. I have new oem fuel pumps, relay, filter, and stock injectors I had sent out and cleaned/flow checked. I didn't want to take any chances with a 100k mile fuel system.

I also have split cooling with a 2qt underhood resevoir, PLM heat exchanger, and new bosch pump to keep iat's in check. Last few times at the track saw max 145f and 155f iat in 65F and 70F weather. Haven't run the wideband at the track yet, just short highway pulls. My WB is mounted in the pass side header collector but can be easily moved to drivers side.
