Autologic Lowering
Hey everyone,
So got my car the other day and I am SUPER stoked. I work at HP Autosport in Santa Barbara and my boss has an Autologic tool for diagnostic purposes for European vehicles. Not sure if many people here are familiar with the system but I am able to raise and lower ride hide with the touch of a button. This is great, however, the ride height returns to the "default" monster truck look after I press the 'front lift button' next to the gear shift lever. I am reading some of the STARR lowering and Renntech control module threads but don't see too much on this specific subject. Will I still need a control module or should I just never touch the 'front lift lever?' Thanks in advance and sorry for the possible n00b question.

Really? What's the airmatic sport 1, sport 2 and comfort button do? Sarcasm lol but no really I've never pushed the lift button on star or x431 lowered car will it return it to stock permanently or just until its pushed off again

I'm unsure what your asking? The original poster called the button a "front lift button" which made it sound as though they thought it only raised the front end. I was just letting them know, if they didn't already.

Can you be a little bit more specific? I know how to lower the car on the module, just didn't know why it went back to the original setting after pressing the 'raise car' button.
Thanks for letting me know, I didn't know it did front and rear!

Soooooooo, no outcome??? I hate when threads just end with no end result... I am wanting to lower my front end a bit on my 04 with airmatic suspension... This didn't get figured out?

if you want to only lower the front. You can put 2 washes between the sensor bracket and suspension arm and the car will lower.
You can do a search for lowering via washers. It is perfectly safe.

For the time being getting the front down is my main concern... Once I put my staggered 19s on come spring, I would like to have the information I need to complete the job. Thanks for being cool though
