Simple flash from Buckhead Performance Imports +50HP
Well... I had my car in for some routine maintenance over at Buckhead Performance Imports... and while they were at it, I asked Jason and Tony to reflash my ECU with Tony's tune instead of the Eurocharged tune I had on it.
Here's what it did with the Eurocharged Tune:
(Baseline was stock...then we added Floored Fab Headers, Eurocharged HE, and Jerry tuned it remotely on the dyno). Baseline was 363 HP and then peak of 421 HP on a heartbreaker. It seemed low to me...but I did want something safe. So I kind of shrugged my shoulders and just went with it. I was told by some folks it didn't look good.
Today, Tony put his tune on it...
Here's the video:

Almost a 50 HP gain. Ambient temp was just about 90 degrees. In a cooler setting, it should actually get damn close to 500 HP at the wheels on that dyno dynamics.
Tony nailed it.
Mind you, Jerry was tuning remotely... but he did seem to be in a little bit of a hurry when he did it. I am NOT completely unhappy with what he did...
....I am just VERY happy with what Jason & Tony did.
So ultimately, with a 168 Kleemann pulley, Floored Fab Headers, EC HE, and a Tony (BIP) tune, I netted almost 110HP at the wheels.
I'll take that.

John - Not sure what that pink line is supposed to represent...
Here is your Dyno Graph, sent by Greg @ BI on 6/30/2011.
The 421.5 run is listed here too.

Jerry posted the graph of your car when it was tuned as supplied by buckhead.
Now, look at the graph you posted....notice anything weird with the a/f? That should tell ya something...

Looks like great gains can you post a graph with the AFR plot from BIPs tune? I wonder what exactly its was that was "left on the table" from the previous tune. Jerry is remotely tunning my car tonight so I am excited for that, unfortunately won't have dyno access though.

we didn't ....50/47 would be the difference between stock and tuned...
Jerry posted the graph of his car when he was tuned by us...if you look at the above graph, you can see the car and or dyno had issues with the static A/F line

Stock, Johns car made 368rwhp. He then installed 168mm pulley, floored fab long tubes, EC HE, and Johnson pump with a EC tune. It then put down 421rwhp.
John then came into us yesterday and asked for Tony to dyno tune the car, Tony did what he was asked and it put down 471rwhp.
Just wanted to clear things up since there is some confusion going on.
What Johns car made is inline with another customer of ours that has a very similar setup. He has a 168mm, kleeman headers and BIP tune. If memory serves me correctly, we posted that on here about a month ago and it made 460rwhp. His car had bone stock cooling.

OP-
You said you wanted something safe and Jerry was doing it remotely not on a dyno. Those two factors alone, to me at least, would probably be the difference between what EC's tune put out with your car and what BIP did on an actual dyno, likely pushing limits.
I've seen graphs where people with box tune vs dyno tune are seeing differences of 35-40rw, especially when modded like OP is.
Having said all that, I don't see what your surprise is, OP.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong or if I'm missing something here.

EC called the op chief. Lol... Bet you they were a bit more patient with him selling their tune.
Maybe since EC isnt talking Buckhead can step in and clarify. I see a near 50whp gain between the graphs.

So what are we missing EC?
