DIY or anybody know how to hardwire the IC pump to run constantly?
I've been reading some threads and it doesn't seem like there is a tune out there for this, if there is, I haven't found it. Is there a way to hardwire the IC pump to run constantly and never off/on? If so, is there a DIY on how to do this and what risk there are? I can understand shorter pump lifespan, but that's worth the $100 for a consistent running car in the summer heat. Any instructions on how to do this? How difficult is the job? thanks in advance

Run constantly? I assume you mean when the ignition is on right?
Mine is wired this way ... I can't remember how I did it though haha .. I'll take a pic later. One thing though is that it comes on when the ignition is on ... even if the engine is not running. I'd like to change that part ... I only want it on when engine is actually running ... not when key is on but engine not running. There's probably a way .. I was just lazy and hooked it up to something that was live when the engine was on and dead when I took the key out.

Take the power wire from the pump (going to assume red) and connect it to the orange wire hes talking about. Take the other wire and ground it to the chassis.
Cheers!

The firmware is pretty smart as the pump tends to run when necessary. If you briefly tap the throttle to wide open while in neutral, the pump should turn on. You can touch the HE with your hand and it will become warm to the touch from the circulating coolant. If you monitor your IAT you can see when the pump is on.
