Black 2005 E55
E55 AMG "Special Edition" Help
Need some help from the board braintrust as to what "Special Edition" means for the E55 AMG model. I bought a used '05 E55 that has a small metal placard under the light control switch and directly above the parking break release that says Special Edition. Any help diciphering this badge and what makes the vehicle "special", if anything, would be appreciated as my web and forum searches haven't turned up anything material. Picture attached.

I dont believe that is factory original. I think I seen them for sale somewhere as an aftermarket cosmetic part. Dont think it means anything at all

As long as the car is special to you that's all that matters, cause the badge doesn't mean anything
