Yes this is my first post, but I wanted to let you all know that these headers are not what they used to be. A different company makes the headers for MBH. I have a very reputable tuning shop that actually works with the company that used to make the headers for MBH. Long story short, you will be lucky if you don't have fitment issues. And 40+ hp gains? My car was dynoed after the headers, mid and xpipe all from the new MBH headers, WITH a ECU tune and I got 45 hp gains TOTAL. I have the dyno sheets that show this. Since I don't want this thread to become drama, pm me and I am more than happy to share. Oh and 2-3 weeks for the headers to be made? That is definitely not true. Mine took 7 weeks
You sure you have the right company? Who did your tune?

Together you built the headers? So do you own the actual machine shop then? Because my tuning shop contacted the actual fabricator and they confirmed they are no longer making headers for you. Hmm coincidence?
And headers with tuning make over 100whp?? Seriously where are the dyno sheets to prove it? I have yet to see one.
Call me suspect or not, but fact is you aren't being honest here. You never owned a fabricating shop. If you truly did, then why would you still work a second job? Yes I know more than you think I do.
And you wonder why everyone is asking you to post prices but you can't for whatever reason post them? Is it because you choose to charge different people different prices?

This is not true at all! There is NO past shop that made our headers. I started MBH years ago with my good friend who is an amazing fabricator. Together we have built every header that has been installed on every Mercedes.
If you had or have an issue with the header contact me. Your 1 post count makes this very suspect. What is your name? I'll look your info up on your order. Some orders take longer than others, materials, pending orders, shipping location can have an effect on lead time. We are currently shipping out headers that were ordered last week. E55 with headers only make on average 45whp over stock. Look up all the dyno charts from other shops, check what some of the fastest 55's are running. We guarantee our 55 headers for make at least 40whp over stock. If you feel you didn't take them off and send them back.

I dont advertise prices online, because I like the personal contact with people who are really interested. I advertised prices for a long long time. Everyone gets quoted the same. Also there are so many options you can do to our header system, listing all the prices for each option would be extensive. Lastly, I get emails from people 3 months after a sale looking for sale pricing. Unfortunately because they found a thread post in a Google search. They I explain to them that the cost of steel and other factors dictates what the price can be at any point. Everyone gets quoted the same during a sale or during an allotted time frame. 1 moth from now steel prices could jump and we would have to raise the price. It is what it is.

Actually no this isn't Andy. But I guess he is another one that was not a satisfied customer. You still neglected to answer my question. Where are the dyno sheets proving the 100whp gains from a tune and your headers?? And why is the fabricating shop saying they no longer make headers for you anymore? Are they lying??
Just trying to set the record straight here. Post prices here and none of that you like the personal interaction. When people can't get you to respond to emails or phone calls days after days, you really want people to reach out to your for prices?

I took that vid on the drive back from OE tuning the day after the header install. That readout is with the looped fuel rail and Take The Money injectors, BUT... on the drive up to OE on stock injectors, I did see 23mpg. The best I ever saw before the headers was high 19.x. Admittedly I was babying it to see what I could get, but I averaged 74mph for a while. With the new TB, filters, and Shardul mufflers, I have seen 24.6mpg. With some conservative scaling it should be a realistic 23mpg on the highway.
