The m5 starts coming and I stop his pull and start coming again and then it didn't shift at all to 5th. You can hear and see it.

The tcu tune is supposed to make it shift faster than stock. That delay and momentum killer turns into a fast shift and it's going to look different.

What I was trying to say is if you are doing roll races from 40ish then you are running all the way to 130mph before you are worried about your shift problem. By 130mph you should know which car is faster unless you like racing to 180mph or something? You were also talking about shifting to 5th, how dang fast do you need to go to decide who wins?

I see the run you posted was kind of close so I guess you wanted to keep going to very high speeds, but needing to shift to 5th?

Yeah I def get that. These guys wanted a 160 run because they believe in "top end". So I was fine with that. I started in 2nd gear where I a was pulling ahead at m5 power band 60mph, that shift made me lose a lot of ground.

Thankfully I never really ever had issues but that night I did and my car didn't run to its full potential. I wanted to give them their 160 run but car wouldn't shift to 5th for that. I agree most races will never even hit 160 but just wanted satisfy them. We'll do a rematch once its good. Just found oil in my garage today so I have another issue :/

Which M5 from the list you had of cars going was that one? Did you run any other cars and how were the outcomes, anything win easily or everything close?

I raced the cls63, LP560 and the V and shift problems or not all 3 are faster. That 1 run with the m5 and I tried vs the fbo 335 and I couldn't shift at all from 1st to 2nd with him when it was shifting most of the night. I was going to race them all and just stopped. Everyone agreed there was no reason for me to keep racing cause it as clear at times I wasn't moving at all.

Not sure yet. Didn't get a chance to take it on the highway. Now with this leak I won't take the chance to see if it shifts until I see where's it's coming from. I'm hoping its just the vavle covers

probably your rear main seal??if you have over 60,000 miles and never got it done yet. Between this, and the shifting, might want to take it easy.

I have 58k miles. I'm not sure what it is yet. I know when I get on it that it's spraying oil upward it even gets on my hood right above the valve cover which makes me believe that it's probably coming out of there somehow.
