Oxygen Sensors for 07 E63
Can somebody please confirm if Upstream (front) Oxygen Sensors for 07 E63 are - Right part # 0035427118 and Left part # 0035427018. Any idea why 2 different part numbers ?

The connectors are different at the ends
This way you are can not plug in the right bank on the left side harness.
The sensor hardware is the same..its just the wiring connector.
