E63 pulley?

Would a pulley make a big difference on my 07 63? I read somewhere that the expected gains are about 15hp, is this correct?

not really.
I would rather focus on getting headers.

my only concern is CA emissions and sound. I currently have the res delete and am so happy with the sound, id hate to lose it. Unless it only gets better. Anyone hear both in person to compare?

i already have the EC tune. would love some headers for sound and power. Are there any out there that would still pass CA emissions?

You need to get a friendly smog check place. I did mine near my house when I didn't even know I could not have Header for Smog check. The guy let me pass....... For E63 I heard with Header will increase 30whp so it worth it. Other than Header not much you can do for 6.2L

Pulley swaps on N/A cars rarely have any value and more than likely over spin other pulleys (Alternator, causing it to fail faster). Shardul is right Longtube headers are going to a better bang for the buck or a tune.

Which long tubes are best for the 63 and would I need to remove either of the cats?

To the best of my knowledge the Weistec 2.3 L blower is the only carb approved part for the M156 motor offered by any tuner in the world.
