2005 AMG E55
2005 AMG E55 Fog Lights
Man...the confusion on the internet is awesome.
I have a 2005 AMG E55 with HID headlights and the original fog lights installed. I had one buld go out and it is time to replace and possibly upgrade.
What bulb is in this car originally? I am reading different ones, 9006, H1 and H11. can someone clear this up for me please.
HID Fog Light Conversion kits: I read many stories out there about this. Some say it did not work and some said no problem. I am looking for a plug and go kit with 4300k-5000k HID bulbs. Anyone have my car and have this installed? What do you use and as it easy. I am OK with these type of items and changing out but basic is better.
Thanks All....

Check the polarity at fog light plug, most AMG's have an inline adapter that reverses the polarity.
