Eisennman Race mufflers- how loud are they for real?
Hey guys,
I'm one step from purchasing those for my car but a bit afraid they will be too loud for daily use and also law wise (police/MOT test etc').
Consider the fact my car currently have stock exhaust system (including cat etc') and stock headers, what should I expect?
Is it going to be C63 loud or a "50 meter radios alarm activator" loud?...
I watched some YouTube clips but its not giving me a real indication as most of cars has also other upgrades who makes them louder.
Thank you!

I have a good deal on the one I mentioned, not interested in other brands.
Only issue I'm worried about is the sound been too loud.
Obviously under full throttle its going to be much louder than stock, is it much louder on daily use (wife use it daily, not heavy leg).
Thank you guys.

Loud but horny as hell!
Car in the clip has only the mufflers upgrade or other mods that affect the sound?

If you dont want loud, why get a different muffler?? I dont get it you cant have both. My Meisterschafts are very loud, at WOT 1/4mile away the car can still be heard quite well!! I know from people telling me at the drag strip!!

Considering how quiet the E55 mufflers are, I can see people wanting more sound without making your neighbors hate you. There is a "happy medium".
My tastes lie on the far side of that medium, though.

How about the iPE Exhaust system? Loud when you want it to be, and quiet when you don't. You can PM me for more info about this exhaust.

IMO they're not too terribly loud, provided you don't remove your resonator. At that point, it's not only going to be loud but will also drone. Do not mess with your resonator if you intend to go with the Eisenmann mufflers.
I've got Kleemann headers and the Eisenmann Race mufflers and it's only loud at WOT (as I wanted it to be). There are no videos of this sort of setup that I've been able to find but will try to get a friend to help me out with this soon.

Thank you all for your replies.
If I wasn't clear, I wanted a louder mufflers just worried it will be too loud for the neighbors and/or police.
As long as they won't be too loud on idle or slow urban driving it should be fine.
In any case, I decided not to miss the opportunity and purchased them yesterday and now sitting in my trunk waiting to be installed.
Again, thanks for the help.

After few drives with the Eissenman installed I can honestly say I don't change them for anything, they're amazing!!!
Love the look on people's face when arriving some place and passing them in slow cruising on 20 KMh, it has amazing low tone.
