Did i understand it right that both the EC tune and their Injectors were bad?

Sorry for delay,
Here is a video after rebuilt the gearbox without stall converter. Converter is a stock right now.

I'm running 180 mm crank and 83 mm sc pulley on an sl55 along with tune, k&n,headers, x-pipe, no cats, 3" pipe, and an 82mm tb.
I have a large johnson intercooler pump and an aftermarket fabtech heat exchanger.
I haven't gotten it out yet or put it on dyno.
Question 1: is the cooling that I have enough
Question 2: what kind of hp should be expected
