Pulley 180

2 years of horror with V-belt.
I wonder who else is tired of the pulley.
Belt length can overcome this problem, but that study.
I understand the problem of the ideal altitude belt tensioner, the belts are not destroyed. but that this can not work - the pulley is bad.
I hope that the producer of the pulley write something on the subject.

If the case can not be solved, no more commercialism, I am willing to describe from A to Z, my problems.
It would be too much.
Let's wait for salesmen wheels, which promised that the pulley is balanced and perfect.

I replaced everything.
- Belt tensioner
- Crankshaft Gears
- Clutch Kompressor
- Double idler pulley
wrap kit only exacerbates the problem
I did not give up.
After 2 years and 15-20 V-belts.
I used a professional camera to measure.
The most important is the length of the belt. starting position the belt tensioner is very important.
Belt attached to the pulley can be immediately discarded in the trash.

a first pulley had problems with vibrations, destroying a wedge on the crankshaft. the seller gave a second,
I do not know whether it was the fault of our gear or not. There may be inaccurate assembly I do not know? bolt was new. glue was used.
Seller gave us another pulley, but look identical. I sent back the first
By the way, replaced the chain and oil pump chain tensioner.
Second pulley works well in the axis over two years is still on the car. but destroys belts awful. Seller sold me the wrap kit, but wrap kit destroys belts even faster.

We are not asking who didn't sell it you, we are asking who did sell it to you, you tell us all the things that you are doing to make it right but most probably if you would say who the seller/manufacturer you would get more insight as to the issues to you are having

From the looks of it, that looks like a bolted style pulley but a front pic will confirm that. I can tell you that style pulley does not have the oem mb harmonic balancer on it. A piece of advice, dont run bolted style pulleys brotha.
Due to their harmonics been off, whether you can see it or not, it vibrates more than oem spec, and the oem stretch bolt that holds that pulley in place will start to work its way backwards, and loosten due to excessive vibration.
Run ONLY:
Welded style
Pressed and pinned style

Jerry is amazing in ECU tune, but my car after inserting a lot of money, rides worse than the stage1. I trusted them ... Today I know that eurocharged not be trusted when there is a problem the client is no longer valid.
When I read the posts that this is - I thought to myself, it happens to everyone.
I know that to find a good tuner is not easy, but sometimes it is better that theoretically less famous.
