Question Pics of a stock E55 fuel pump anyone, help needed?

If you have a couple pics of the top and bottom of the stock e55 fuel pump, could you post them up? I have gone through 4 pumps in a year running e85, and are going to a different style pump.

Note to the E85 guys, dont run the Aeromotive Stealth 340lph pumps, part number 11140. The e85 will strip the coating off the impellers and destroy the brushes causing the pump to get clogged. The pumps will work harder, ultimately failing. I learned the hard way after been told by Aeromotive that theirs is compatible, it is not.

After doing some research, these are the pumps compatible for E85:

These are all I could find for now in the baskets; none of the actual OEM pump by itself.

Shweet, it looks like the Stryker 340lph pumps might be the answer in my first post.

Ah, looks like you made a post.

Something to note, DivisionX was formerly a company called Fore. I'm not sure why they changed their name but they've been providing quality fuel components to the Cobra guys for years.

I'll ask around on the AEM. There's is also the Deutchwerks DW300 that has been performing well in E85.

If you want to get really crazy, you can run your stockers into an external booster pump. The single pump out of the Bugatti Veyron is cheap and it'll flow enough for 900whp by itself. It's a screw type so noise is next to nothing.

Nice pics, vioilio!

I went with division x 340 lph pumps and their fuel filter with the stainless 10 micro filter. Going to mount tbe filter inline and throw the stock filter in the garbage. It will be easier filter replacement when the time comes. I have a couple more pics to post up of the stock fuel pump with measurements.

Fore make sick fuel hats and rails ftw.

I'm curious, can you simply remove the stock filter without negatively effecting the regulator? I haven't seen the 55's pump assembly out of the tank. It seems (from pictures I've seen) that the filter is a mutual part of the regulator.
Thanks!

Any one else working around this area. Doing my research for the replacement of the pumps and filter assemblies. 82k miles with only the passenger side replaced from what I can tell from the history.

Any instruction or diy on exactly how to get the pump setup out of the fuel tank?? The baskets look pretty big. Do they detach and come out one by one?? I was told removing the fuel tank from the car is needed?? Need a little guidance.

Thanks
