NorCal crew - EuroSunday Mile Run @ Crow's Landing

CrowLand-2013 This will be our fourth trip to the airfield which has now been reopened for use. This is in part to NorCal Drivers working with the county in 2012 and establishing a track record of successful events. The SCCA just recently did a autocross event there which they had not been able to do for many years. This events was able to be held because of the efforts of EuroSunday to bring a long lost venues back to the enthusiasts community.
NorCal Drivers will have access to both runways for photos and other auto related activities to get moving and static shots. It is an airfield so do we really need to say more.
Date: November 2nd
Time: 9:00am - 4:00pm
Discount give to EuroSunday members that join NorCal Drivers for the event
$100 for EuroSunday card and passport members (code has been emailed)
$150 for non EuroSunday members (sign up for membership and save $20)

Q&A About the event.
How long is the run area for the photos?
- 1 mile to 1.2 miles depending on which direction run. Most runs will be 1-1.1 range. The full length of runway 1 is 1.3 miles long and runway two is 1.7 miles long.
How long is the shut down space?
- ¼ mile or more
Is this from a roll?
- No, from a standing start unless you and the other runner agree on the rolling start.
I am guessing 2 cars at a time? Who puts the run groups together?
- Yes two at a time. You pick your runner
How many runs are you thinking each person will get?
- Depending on the day 10 or more. After 5 runs we examine your tires and then allow you to proceed.
Any big hp cars coming yet?
- This is not a race event so we will have everything for 100 hp to 1000 hp
Will there be time slips?
- No there is no timing, scoring or other. This is for running down the runway for photos and static shots.
Will we be just doing runs?
- NO, we will be doing rolling photos and at the end of the day open the autocross area up to get closer action shots.
Do I need a helmet?
- We will have some helmets for loan at no cost.
