Does anyone make a clutched pulley smaller then the 84 mm ? Never looked into it only know there are a lot of different lower pulleys

There's only the 84mm clutched pulley on the market.

The FSP is smaller (I believe 77mm?) but obviously not clutched.

There are various fixed SC pulleys available. From 77mm (equals 180 crank) upwards (or downwards, depends how you view it)
