about the previous owner and if they abused the car and ran it hard. Today I found a CD in the glove box from the preious owner and it leads me to believe that he didn't run the car too hard. Tom Jones, really? or am I stereotyping?

I bought mine pristine and bone stock. I blew the transmission in the first week.

Also I found a BS$1000 Bolivar note from Venezuela in my E55. Its worth $160 USD.
