After some initial "teething" problems with the release of the smaller upper pulley kit it seems like the product is working well now for lots of people out there.
I was curious to hear what sort of field reliability data exists now from the guys who are running them:
1. How many miles have you driven since the S/C swap
2. How does the clutch engagement feel compared to the stock pulley
3. Are you running a belt-wrap kit as well?
4. Any issues with wear, or engagement or cracking of the clutch spring?
There seems to be very little in the way of complaints about this product, and plenty of praise... suggesting that this product is now "fully mature" and providing good performance and service life.
Christmas is coming.... so I'm just doing a final bit of research before I send my list to Santa.

I have more than 10k on it too and have not seen any cracking yet. I do remember when I
bought it some people complained about it (documented on the forum)
cracking near the bolts but I assume it was a bad batch and vendors replaced it free of cost. (assumption)
I got mine from Eurocharged and so far it's holding in place.
I , do however have the "shelf tune" so dyno tuning would pull in back some extra whp I'd reckon.
P.S- I only have S/C pulley and bigger H/E with Bosch pump.

I've had mine on for prob 3k miles,no problems in fact after I installed it the annoying chirp the stock one made as it engaged is gone, no signs of wear or bending/ cracking of any sorts.

4k miles on both items
engagement is smooth
I run the BWK also
No cracks on the pulley.
I run both performance products on my SL, never had a single issue.

Why did you have to replace the bearing ?

once we swapped the bearing - it was back to being a Mercedes and not a farm tractor

I dont run a belt wrap kit but I do a really cool trick and it works like voodoo.
Bought a bottle of VHT track prep and I gently brush it on the inside of the blower belt when I want extra grip. Supercharger engage will snap your neck with a 205mm pulley. I have one of the first supercharger pulley grinds from years and years ago. Still works like a charm. Wish we thought of this when mods first came out!!!
