2014 E63s 1993 mazda rx7 on Boost
Total my E63 anyone interested in
buy the complete car as is.
2007 76k.
Fully loaded all fluids flush last summer.
New pads all around but the rotors are damage rear less then 100 miles front maybe 500 miles.I have new front rotors that will come with the sale. The front rotors were not going to last another pad swap no I had bought rotors for when the time came.
car has Kleemann headers and cats and custom 2.75 piping back to the resonator. KNN filters and the intake cut out..
OETune. Made 482.32 WHP and 431.75 WTQ. Dyno Jet WINPEP sheet has STP smoothing :5 no idea what that means.
Airbags needed are driver seat,rear door driver side and roof driver side.
The CLS55 19 are damage as you can see.
the hood hasslight damage by the light but fixable.
The light is damage. Teh door lock still close with the remote and open with the handle button. Car starts and move.
Body shop is asking to buy the car from me and asking everyday since Thanksgiving. They will not make me an off they want a price from me.
I think they want to fix the car and sell it back or keep it.
At first the guy said parts are cheap and its normal E class parts for the most part. Then he said its special parts and it going to cost more to fix but still no price to fix it as yet. I dont want to pay storage.
The rest of the car is super mint not a scratch...

BTW for the most part I am ok. Still in pain but I will heal.

As I fight the shop is getting storage and I think I have to pay that fee.
I am trying to see if I can get a spot to tow and store but its just adding to the stress....

If I was you I would pay the storage amount and sell the car after since your title is still going to be clean
The insurance company usually pays the shop all the way till you except the offer they gave you for a total loss so it depends on when that was if it hasn't been sitting there for too long maybe go pick it up and store it till you can sell it

And the title will be branded salvage if you buy it back, there is no way around that.

18 is what they want to give me to fix it
I was trying to take the 18 and sell it for X. I would then have 18+X for the car.
In that case it is not going to be a total loss and it will have a Clean NY title.
it will only have a salvage title if they make it a total loss and then I buy it back.
They do not want to total it at this point.
What do you guys that FIX it...seem to be skin damage for the most part...

Seems the insurance is offering $18k for the damage not the car. I would take the $18k and sell the car or fix it and keep it, a wild guesstimate to fix would be $8-$10k.

8-10k damage, not unless you use used parts and paint the car with a roller from Walmart. Both rims totalled probably from hitting a curb sideways, more than likely frame damage, rear quarter damage will no doubt affect the roof. I say looking at a write off 0r 15-18K easy. Let the insurance company pay to fix it, just demand new MB parts, and then continue to enjoy the car. Or when fixed ask a low 25k for the car. IMO
