Friend looking for a low 11's car or faster $15k-$25k
I just figured I would post this here to see if you guys know of anything around. He is not looking for a benz but I know that many of us have other cars so just checking here and in another forum. He would prefer and auto and car needs to run decent...let's say mid 11's or faster and budget is pretty much up to $25k...maybe a little more for the right car. A cheaper car will work too as he will make it faster...salvage title is fine as well for a really good deal! Bottom line, he will listen to anything but prefer that it is with in driving distance of Long Island, NY 11743

I am selling a 2011 Mustang GT Automatic with a ton of money invested. I have receipts for over $30K with it. It has 33,000 miles. Here is some of the mods. I think it is a steal of a deal at $25,000
The car is currently tuned for 93 octane and E85. It really moves and is not for a beginner. I have all receipts and title in hand. The car is black on black with a clack top. Here is just a list of some of the mods:
82mm Throttle Body
6R80 Pro Series Stage III Convertor (3800-4000 Stall)
Borla LT Headers
Vortech Supercharger w/V-3 Si-Trim and air to air cooler
Fuel pump voltage booster
72# Injectors
5.0 Coyote Short Block hand built w/4340 Forged Steel H Beam Rods, Forged CP Pistons, Custom Spec Rings, Custom Rob Bearings, Full Race Balance Assembly
SVT Front 19x9 Rear 19X10 wheels with 305/35/19 Drag Radials on the rear
GT 8 Rib Conversion Kit
ID1000 Injectors
Triple Pump Return Style Fuel System w/ 10an Y Block High HP System

Not sure it will run low 11s but love me a clean STSV with a supercharged Northstar. Blocks aren't great but they can make good power on tune and pulley swap

Funny thing...my buddy has one cheap but it is wrapped in chrome and salvage title with a pulley and tune...runs pretty decent but hard to make them faster then that.

2006 E55 AMG
An 03-04 Cobra with a Kenne Bell or Whipple will fit the bill (and save some of the 25k). He could get a low mileage properly built turbo cobra for that money as well. If he wants something somewhat newer, the 5.0's with some form of F/I as stated above are great but could breech the price ceiling a little. The 5.0 posted above sounds perfect, just saying.

What kind of power does it put down? Any track runs ? Would love to know what kind of MPH it runs at track.
