I owned the r129 for 8 years, the silver arrow edition was only for the us spec and like you said for the last year of production which was 2002. The cars were only ultrametallic silver paint and the options were some polished 2 pc wheels, polished aluminum exterior and interior accents, cross drilled rotors with silver painted stock calipers (what a joke) plus birdseye maple wood. I even have the 2002 sl brochure.
Carbon fiber is always an option for any amg model except for the black series models where it comes standard.
He said he pulled the data card from some joker website and it was obviously added by them. There is no silver arrow on his original data card off epc catalog.

to the OP, take that picture down and put the oem data card on here because you have the real thing man, it's just incomplete and false info that those clowns sold you (the data card I mean, not the car hahaha).

Haha. No it was a V2 09 As well. I sort of like having different cars all the time. The V is certainly fast but the tranny leaves a lot to be desired as does the exhaust and engine note. With an intake the supercharger sounds great but there is NO rumble at all.
Check out vids on YouTube under Miami1lt...I have some track vids of me slaying my buddies in their ZL1s...that was fun but believe the E63 could do it too. They seem about the same speed thus far.

Attached a few pics.
Love the first cause it has the ML63 in the background, which makes driving my wife's car actually somewhat of a good change-of-pace.
Second shows the knock-off AMG rims and the Conti ExtremeContact DWs that I put on after buying it.
A few pics of the carbon fiber, seats, and alcantara suede headliner which covers the A/B/C pillars and the entire head-liner area to include the visors. Actually, that's a nice upgrade and makes the inside look a lot cleaner.
Open to comments/suggestions to make it look even better!

He is correct 'moose'. They also made one in 2009. Nothing more than appearance pkg. I found my buddy a 2002 a year ago. Pretty cool car with the wheels and interior though.
Pretty funny as I switched to the V2 but I do understand the switch if you're not looking for outright speed like me.

I will say this...you have the 'DADDY' of your style benz! I almost bought a P30 car and it was way more cool then the none P30 car but the one I looked at was a little rough and I couldn't find another one. I ended up buying the 2004 E55 about a month later. Good luck with it!

Thanks for the comments...I do enjoy the ride and fit/finish of the E class.
Well, the books say the V2 CTS-V is faster sprinting than the E63...I have to say, after a few independent runs on video, if it is faster, it isn't by much, and is on the lower end through 60, and not above that. I will have to do a track run and see...I was running 12.2s-4s at 116-119 with the CTS-V.
On a completely different note, I had my secondary cats and resonators chopped today, and have to say, I feel a bit like I'm back in my C63 (only a bit louder now). For $200+ tax it was BY FAR the best money on a mod I have ever spent. The biggest thing keeping me from really loving the E63 was the exhaust note (or lack thereof)...but have to say that is no longer an issue!

I will post some pics of the CF trim and also a vid or two of the exhaust. It is to the point where I am going to have to push it out of the garage in the AM before starting to keep from waking up my kids (yes, the rest of the neighborhood will be collateral damage
