Is this for real? Will this plug and play?
I come across this on eBay and I'm sorry if this been posted before but I want to make sure if this will be plug and pay as what they advertise

In big letter's "Not for Fiber Optic" which is any W211. We all run MOST rings

I see things like this posted a lot, but none of these replacement units seem to be even near the quality of the OEM unit. Sure, they have more features, but is that worth sacrificing reliability and clarity? If you think it is, go ahead and get one.
