Upper and lower pulley, air intake, headers/exhaust, cam and ported stock supercharger and ported stock throttle body. Then I was running my meth injection and 93 octane.

Is it better to port the supercharger or swap it out for the larger zr1 supercharger?

Depends who you ask. Zr1 swap isn't direct swap though, need to modify the snout or get an aftermarket Lingenfelter one. Doing the swap is like 2.5 times as much as porting. A few have made like 730-750 on the Zr1 but no better times ran.

I wonder how a V with your mods would run against a 2012 E63 with upgraded turbos, down pipes and tune? Based on your trap speed I think it would be a good run providing the heat build up in the V can be controlled.

EDIT: Guess you can't see the times with the farther away pic I took with them all side by side instead of overlapped and the overlapped one I guess I cut off one more slip that was a 10.87@135mph with 1.92 60ft.

The ones that aren't overlapping I put in order of clock time, the overlapped are quickest to slowest. The times from left to right were 12:09, 1:41, 1:51, 3:13, 3:22, 3:28

My car should be in the 116mph range , but unlike you I will actually take my car to the track and run the number before I make any claims , but based on what I have beat I have a good Idea where I am at . As for the CTS-v runs you were not there so STFU . . I raced a 370z twice that night , raced the cts-v a minimum of 8 times , not to mention I had just drove my car back from the track earlier that day . These are not excuses clown just facts .

Yes I race, no I dont have a 335i. Doesnt take either to recognize BS ricer excuses when you hear them though No you dont have a good idea where you are at , that is the point. You keep thinking your car is faster than a CTS-V which it isnt. You are the one acting all butt hurt over me stating this fact earlier. You just said it yourself. You "think" in other words are optimistic about your car trapping 116MPH yet the V will trap 118 ... So somehow a roll race with you a car you yourself claims traps atleast 2MPH higher, should equal you pulling him all other factors being equal Like I said your logic isnt sound and makes no sense. Your car was faster when he was heat soaked as hell and he had the passenger. Once he cooled down and you added a passenger he handed you your *** Oh thats right , while he was cooling down you raced some other car 2 times ..... your tune is so bad it goes into limp mode just enough to get walked .... Stop living in denial and deal with it already.

Very nice times and congrats on your build. 135 traps is where I would like to be when I get a V. That is hauling ***. Like you I will keep my E55. What was the DA ?

I didn't look up the DA for all the runs but it was -545 for my 10.4

Video is all edited from last night in the E55 and is saving now and then I will upload to Youtube. It is 6 minutes due to me showing a front camera facing backward and rear camera facing forward view so the same races twice, so it is taking a little while to save, etc.

There are 3 videos shot by the turbo Cobra that Greasemonkey linked above. Well that is one video then under that guys name there are 2 more runs he shot. 2 of those runs he shot you will also see in my video.

Oh and for you fighting over the 335i vs close to stock V stuff from earlier in the thread there was a completely stock V that ran at another track in Florida today and he ran a 11.7@119 and trapped 120.7 as well

Thanks, I really wanted a 10.3 but couldn't get the 60ft to do it. I was happy with 10.4 though. Now just imagine if I put skinnies up front, small wheels on the back with better drag radials, took all the seats out and dropped the exhaust and big battery, etc to save more weight

Damn you could be hitting 9s without all that much more. Are there any good head options for the V that make much difference ? You could probably run a little more boost if you can keep it cool with meth and get darn close even full weight

Yeah, multiple ported head options. Can see 40whp gain. There are people that run a little more boost than I am running. I am seeing 15.5 on the street right now. If I had ported heads though that would probably go down 1-1.5psi

Rethinking the E55 wagon purchase next year, and possibly holding out another year for a V coupe.

That's surprising..but I like the look. Of course the sedan is more sleeper-like, and will probably depreciate more over the next couple years. I hope.

I mentioned this somewhere else as well but I ran low to mid 10.60's in back to back to back runs a couple of months ago. 3 runs and all were 6-8 minutes apart maybe one was 9-10 minutes. Mph was highest on 3rd run of that session! It's almost hard to believe how they don't heat soak like other cars and I have a stock heat X but running E85. After waiting a little while to rest myself...not the car...LOL...is when I ran my 10.58 but it wasn't from the cool down as my MPH was down 2 mph...it was my 1.58 60ft time and me keeping the car a little more straight that did it.

Dave's car is flying and the benz runs nicely too!
