I have spoken to Craig (Chawkins) in the past about a few mods and he was always informative and willing to answer any of my questions..Although I didn't purchase anything at the time he always was there to answer any questions/concerns I had.. This past week I decided to continue on modding my car and finally got an LSD from Buckhead which I feel I got a good deal and they were very easy to deal with.. Then I needed/wanted a trunk tank and I wanted it in a hurry (as my car was already at my mechanics shop and only had my spot reserved for a few days) and they didn't have any in stock but Craig made a phone call and made it happen.. Then when my TT wasn't delivered at exactly the time that he told me (which was not his fault) he w ent beyond his duty and gave me a FULL refund of my shipping charges.. A big thanks to Craig and Buckhead for going above and beyond my expectations,I would highly reccomend them and look forward to dealing with them in the future

haven't yet bought anything from BIP, but I have on several occassions communicated with Craig about matters car-related.. He's always been quick to respond to messages and very helpful when doing so ... A stand-up guy, but hey, that's what I'd expect from a former fellow-countryman

guys at BIP are top notch! always super nice, flexible, good pricing and great service.... they need to get another shop up in nashville as there are really no benz/ bmw performance shops up here

hell if you guys got a shop up here i would even come in some weekends as an apprentice/helper... would be fun to me as i always loved working on cars
or i could just bring strippers by... whichever you prefer
