Adv1 wheels on w211 e63
Forgeline are found on many pro race teams... and CCW seems to be part of the standard mod list for any big HP supra.
They make great rims but ive always felt they lacked creativity but to be honest with you i would put creativity at the bottom of my list when selecting a brand.

My biggest concern is support. If I order Work/Volk/etc. wheels, I would be concerned about replacement and the down time. I figured since CCW is U.S. and all in-house, I can always get what I need if a wheel is damaged.
As many have already mentioned, I would avoid any "boutique" brand wheels, and stick to brands that are well known with history.

If you were to get multi-peicewheels. Barrels and Lips can be found all over the place and are easy to replace. I doubt you would break a center. Japanese standards are among the best in the world rivaling and sometimes exceeding those set by TUV standards.
I like your term for the industry "boutique wheels". Its fitting......as if they were women's shoes.
