I thought the dealer charge for head gaskets was 4-5......

Didn't know you were in NH, Check out European Auto Solutions in Waltham, MA

almost all the AMG guys use them in Boston

If you are around NC I can refer you to a couple shops as well. One of them did my head bolts so they have the experience.
