Shardul = Da Man!
I just wanted to take a few mintues to share something I think most of us already know but for some of the new additions to the forum to realize about support on the forums. here is the backstory:
I purchased one of the first new SC pullies from Shardul. I was going through a divorce and the car wasn't ready so it sat on the shelf next to the looped fuel rail, 550cc injectors, 185mm ASP crank pulley, custom trunk tank and a few other goodies. I was absent from the forums for a bit with deployments, work and divorce consuming most of my time. When i returned I saw a few post about issues with a few SC pullies form the earlier batches having spring problems.
I contacted Shardul and asked what to do because I hadn't installed it yet. He gave me an address to the company, said to put a note in the box for them to check it out. It took me a few more months, but i finally got it in the mail. It was in the same box still.
A few days later Shardul asked me for the tracking number. When I went to check on it, it said "Undeliverable to address, processing for return". I was not a happy camper. I let Shardul know about the package and he said the address is correct. He also said, "Let me know when it gets back and I will send you a USPS label to slap on it that we use so it can get here" Pretty cool of him to offer up to take care of it!
That isn't even the best part. The next day the part shows up at UDP, Shardul's shop. Come to find out it wasn't deliverable because the Post Office damaged the box. This is what Shardul sends me:
"it showed up and box was open and pulley was damaged (seems like it fell on the floor) out of good faith i am sending you another one but this will be the end of any exchanges etc etc on my since the one returned was damaged due to postal negligence and I am out of pocket on one sc pulley"
I don't have a clue what the Post office did becuase I am one of those guys who tapes the **** out of a package...it's a feat to open christmas presents I wrap.
He didn't have to do that, but being the stand up guy he is...he took care of it. I have bought a lot of parts from him, and will continue to do so...all you new guys out there, don't shy away from UDP...they will make your car fast and not bust your pockets doing so.
So, thanks Shar for being DA MAN and taking care of business like a true professional!!

It came in yesterday! Maybe it's just me, but it seemed cooler than the first one, HAHA. I have to replace a shock this weekend...I may throw this on too if I can find a hot plate...

Out Of Control!!
I was waiting to make one of these threads myself... I bought some used parts off of Shardul to fixed some self inflicted damage on my car... After a shipping mix up, he finally got me what I needed, then to make it up gave me some deals I couldn't refuse for other parts. He is good people in my book!

I also had a great experience with Shardul,whenever I PM him a question he replies right away..When I asked him if he sold a particular mod and when he told me that he didn't he pointed me in the right direction and even went as far as looking for a used one for me,on his own without me asking.. Good products,good delivery and great customer service..

Don't even get me started. Shardul has been the best source for parts for my CLS55 than anyone......period. Shardul pulled some strings to get me a sleeved 5.7L and ported heads within a few days of my phone call. Shardul also knew the Texas Mile record was important to me and was willing to meet me 3 hours away to bring me a part while I was racing.........on a Saturday. A part, mind you, that he was giving me to use....not sell me. Really?

This place is a joke.
Bumping this up^^
I've bought several things from him without any problems, and also wanted to thank him for his help tonight...even late on a Saturday he responded to my PM. His knowledge of these cars is very impressive and tonight he even taught a 12-year MB tech something that I likely never would have figured out myself.
