Dashdaq TPS help
I installed my Dasdaq a while ago now but keep forgetting to ask about this issue. My TPS signal jumps to 100% when I only have partial throttle. Is there a way to rescale this? I have looked through the manual but not sure if I need to use an internal calculator for this or if there is a setting. Or do you guys just read through OBD port?
Thanks
Thanks

Thanks … but my wiring is correct . I can see the TPS signaling changing when I press the throttle. It's just that Dashdaq reads 100% when my foot is only at ~30%. There is usually some kind of calibration and I don't see it. I am sure it is something simple I am missing.

If the zt2 is always getting battery power instead of wired for key power only the tps reading will do that
It happened to 2 people I know, try this when the car is on and you see the tps jumping like you said, leave the car running and disconnect the power supply going to zt2 ( the black plastic with all the wires running from it) and replug it all while with the engine on if it fixes then you have constant power going to the zt2 instead of only key power, if that the case rewire for key power only and it will work

Thanks for the clarification, but that is not the issue. I set up the Dasdaq to read both OBD and direct, they are very close, which suggests the dashdaq is reading correctly.
So I threw it on the DAS
My issue is as follows.
When Gas pedal is at rest, you can see that pedal is at 0.3V and Throttle is at 1 V, which is ok.
When I press the pedal about 30%, you can see below that the pedal sensor is at 1.4V, but the Throttle Position sensor is maxing out at 4.3V. Does anyone know what is going on here? I do not have the car running during this particular test, but I believe the same happens when I have the car idling. any thoughts?
