Oh yes, it's the side carpet panels that are on the console itself. If you get the entire unit, you don't have to swap anything except maybe the four zone climate control unit.
You may have to swap the carpet side panels too, if the color of the donor car isn't the same.
The wood rollup blind on mine is a lighter shade of wood (my car is burled wood, donor was just plain oak), but it's a close enough match that unless you knew differently you wouldn't notice.
