Can anyone who already has these installed comment as to any error codes/fixes when deleting the fogs and replacing with the LED strip? Also, any difference on install or code issues on E63s vs E55s w updated E63 front end conversion like I have?
I'd like to solve any problems early with the install and not have to do anything after getting them up and wired in.

alright everybody better be ready.... i am getting ready to do 11 orders plus mine 12 total.
we need to pay for them soon as i hear back from them and process time is 2 weeks depending if they have all of them ready. As far as payment goes i am going to either collect the money into my paypal or everyone send it directly which might cause confusion so might be best do send them all to me than i will do the whole sum straight to them...

This is readily available in japan auctions and can be shipped international. It is lower than what wald advertise it for Y34,000 that $340 USD, but thats before shipping. With shipping your probably looking at 450-500. Its a little higher than group buy but just trying to help to those who do not want to wait.

they look like they need to be put together... doesn't look like a plug and play kit and what about the holes etc were they get screwed into the bumper? plus you have to cut the mesh and secure it on the plastic piece, hmm

IF the first source doesn't ship international aka here in the USA than i will have them shipped to Switzerland at my uncles house than have him ship them to me and i'll send them out to everyone. Last resort i guess

The WALD kit needs to be put together. It is not plug and play.
The housing is a matte black plastic that you would probably want to paint the color of your car. The mesh is not painted at all and must be installed. The kit comes with resistors that will prevent the error code from appearing.
The light has two levels of brightness. The daytime running and then a little brighter when the headlights are on.

On a side note... wouldn't it be the other way around? Brighter during the day as it would be more difficult to see in the sun and less bright whenever the headlights are on at night? I think that would make more sense.
And is the lens glass or plastic over the LEDs? Thanks
