The ones you quoted below (except the last one) are incorrect. There is a difference between power mirror switch and Power FOLDING mirror switch. The ones you quoted above are Power mirror switch and does not have the folding button. Take a look at the switch below and compare to the pics of the switches you posted above.

Older thread but curious as to why there are three part numbers for the mirror switch. I'm starting to price things out to do the power folding retro mod on our 09' e350 and I have found the mirrors, but curious on the above switches...

Thanks,
-Nigel

Appreciate the clarity! One question, why are all the dealers asking for a interior color code/vin for the above part number?

I am simply asking if they can get said switch and they keep coming back saying they need the interior color code to make sure the switch color is correct? My current switch looks exactly like what was posted with the chrome ring and black buttons minus the folding option. Why would they need that info if the switches are black anyways?

Thanks,
-Nigel

There are two color codes listed:

21182161797167 and 21182161797145 (the last 4 digits indicate color code for interior). If you send me your VIN, I can attempt to look up what you currently have and let you know which one is the closest for your car. Mine is a pre-facelift, yours is post. I don't think there is any difference in this case for mirrors, but always best to be sure.
