Whoever created that worksheet is a freakin' genius.....!!! 
Seriously though, there is a newer version of that chart on this site. The smaller S/C pulley is 84mm not 83mm so the chart was corrected. Also all the FSP (fixed supercharger pulley) sizes were added as well....
