We put a full weight 2005 E55 with spare tire in the trunk on the same scale I weighed mine and it was 3900.....
Doesn't make much sense that your stripped down car is 4000+

You never have anything good to say huh?
That was one of the very first flashes the car got remotely.
Heres a newer one... I didn't know 649 ft lbs weather corrected at 3626 rpm on a low reading mustang dyno was considered laggy.
She also revs out to about 6700 so excuse the low hp numbers.

Elliott,
My CLS55 tipped the scales at 4307 with a full tank of fuel. Given that gas is 6lbs per gallon, my car could get down to around 4200lbs with a light tank of gas.
On the same night and same scale, my friend Steve's E55 weighed 4190 with a very light tank of fuel.
I don't know where people get these numbers that the CLS is 500lbs heavier than an E55. The difference is negligible. Bottom line is that the E55 platform is a better drag car than the CLS55.

Your hitting 19psi when you said you go into limp mode at 17.
648tq and 568hp and you spool at 3700rpms. And once again you don't run past 6000rpms. Please show me the afr graph through 6700rpms. That's what I've been asking for
Btw my car runs to 7000rpms. and all my dyno graphs show the same. Is there anyway you can put it on a dyno jet? I would like to have a better comparison.

My car was 4410lbs and i took pictures of the scale at MIR when I ran the 10.51. Full interior all options AND on CLK rear rims and tires. I'd love to have the 3900lb E55 you talk of. The only car that light that I know of was Chawkins and he said it was a low option car to start and that was no interior, drag wheels and all.

Don't be so defensive. you make full boost at 4300.
I don't have any room to post pictures with all yours in my thread. Lol I think there's more info on your car here. Js

You guys are funny. I post a picture of what my car weighs on a scale without me in it and think its false information.
Regardless...if my car is 200, 300, 400 lbs more....its more. Its a different car. My point is RBJ needs to stop comparing apples to oranges and complete his build instead of running his fingers on the keyboard.

Your the one in my thread posting all your info for comparison.
As the owner of Powerhaus you should conduct yourself better.
And stop worrying about me, since your an orange.

You're asking for information... I try to provide it for you. I'm not exactly sure why you have this attitude with me when I haven't said ONE bad thing about your build. I was just curious to how your build was coming. I won't post anymore in any of your threads. Have a great week gentlemen.

wtf with all this bickering... its pointless to say my car weighs this, my car weighs that, it had this much HP, that much trq. For such an arguably successful group of owners there sure are a lot of idiots here. A scale, whether it be a Dyno or a weight scale are only best compared against themselves. There is virtually no way, unless running them at the same place, same time that everything is equal. One scale may read light, another dyno may read high, one drag strip might have perfect prep, another drag strip might be a mile high...
by changing two variables... there is no doubt in my mind you would see some very skewed numbers either light or heavy... the CLS and the E are virtually the same platform minus different skin

Between this thread and a few others in the last couple weeks, I've been spending a lot less time on the boards. Just not value added for me anymore
