500whp junk pile photos

Every time I wash this junk, I somehow end up making a couple of photos. Criticism welcome.

looks great! Noticed your from Knoxville... couple years ago stayed in Knoxville with almost 40 car friends as we hit the dragon the next day... $2 domestics at the center of town put a real hurtin on most of the group. Such a blast, just so far from us

Car looks perfect as it sits. I wouldn't touch it.

I'm a big fan of the motto: "Look stock, go fast"

Yeah, that stuff can be a bit of a pain sometimes... I think the key is to just clean it more often so it doesn't sit there and pile up for long.

Never. If you have a heavy build up, it might be tough and will require more efforts and multiple times. But once you get to the shine, you have to keep up with it. My previous E39 M5 was a PAIN because of the years of buildup and original owner not cleaning them well.

The key is to do it twice a month to avoid buildup and it keeps my tips blinding shining

0000 steel wool and p21s polishing soap. The P21s buy itself with the sponge will almost clean it, the fine steel wool will add just enough to get the really stubborn crap off

Mother's is good, too. On aftermarket tips (prior vehicles), I would do NEVRDUL then finish it off with mother's. It looked spotless after each cleaning session.

I used to use never dull, but the can would dry out before I could use it all.

I hear ya. My brother and I both would use the same can and we would have so much left after months of use on three separate cars. Typically, a small piece of it would be sufficient to clean all tips on the vehicles.

Looks nice as is, I'd only suggest clear side markers.

I think most folks do buy off ebay. I did, and am pleased with the product--OEM quality.
