Looking for Johnson intercooler pump in phoenix area
Hi Guys,
I am looking to get a Johnson C30 in the Phoenix area. I have cash in hand. Tried the Southwest sub forum and that looks dead.
Thanks,
Braxotn

Go on Ebay to find one. Or better yet, get the new and markedly improved OEM Bosch 010 pump. It has better flow than the Johnson CM30 when compared in the same conditions. Seems to be a lot of misinformation on flows as the different companies report their flows differently (not necessarily the same conditions).
Here's a well laid-out dissertation on intercooler pumps:

Pay attention to chart #7.
Bottom-line, the original Bosch intercooler pumps were very unreliable. Around 2009, the Bosch 010 intercooler pump was released and is extremely reliable and has very good flow vs the CM30. And you don't have to splice wires like the Johnson CM30. The average E55 driver will be more than fine using the Bosch 010 intercooler pump (my 2006 has had it in place since 2010 and the IAT (intake air temps hover around 15-30 degrees over ambient on my bone stock car)).
You can currently get it for $112 shipped on eBay:
Make: Bosch
Part Number: 0 392 022 010
