Wheel Alignment Spec with Larger Wheels

Hey Guys!

Running a Summer wheel setup: 20" Vossen CV3. 295 25 Rear, 255 30 Front

My tires have been used for about 3 months and are almost BALD in the inside
My alignment is perfect by Mercedes spec but if this keeps up I'm going to need new tires.

What spec should I be running to compensate for this?? HELP!!

I'm going to guess that you are lowered. If so, you won't be able to get back to factory specs on an alignment. The closest you can get for a minimal amount of money is the crash bolts from MB.

Otherwise, the proper way is either by using K-MAC bushings front and rear or some sort of camber arms and toe links from any one of a few makers. The arms and links are only for the rear, though.

Completely forgot to add that I am lowered, sorry!

What are crash bolts? And as far as bushings go, would that solve the issue?

MB part #A 000 330 00 18 (They just label it a parts kit). They will allow a small amount of front camber adjustment. I was not able to get back within spec using them. I am lowered via STAR + 2 washers in the front sensors.

Bushings brought my alignment back within spec perfectly. See the link in my sig for install info.

HeissRod,

How is the ride with those bushings?
Is it hardsher? tighter? the same? or any differences at all ?

I would like to lower mine a little, maybe like 1/2 inch and I would love to stay in spec.

Steering feel in the front feels more responsive, but it could be my imagination.
