How to remove 3rd row seat?
'07 E63 wagon.
Trying to remove 3rd row seat bottom to access tire pump, etc.
Also, is it necessary to replace TIREFIT tire sealant every 4 years?

Assuming it is the same as an E55 you can lift the bottom out when it is rotated 90 degrees along the 180 degrees of travel. When it is vertical like this try lifting up on one side and it should come out.
After the seat bottom is out the footwell can be lifted up by releasing the latch hidden under the floor mat. It is identical to the latch for the seat bottom. The footwell is hinged on a long arm with an air strut to keep it in the raised position.
