Another reason to redesign the MBZ CLS 4 door coupe!
This is a concept of the 2005 Lexus GS. IMHO it looks a lot like the upcoming Mercedes CLS. The CLS also looks like the Lexus ES330. This car will hit the market prior to the CLS and the debate will be on who copied who? This concept looks like a Lexus and the Mercede CLS concept does not look a Mercedes!

maybe you are right, NOT! I digress, the CLS really looks like my orginal assumption, the Oldsmobile Aurora.

LOL, That's funny about the Oldsmobile comparison. I was at the dealer today for my monthly service visit (this is getting old) reading, I think Automobile mag. I saw a pic. of the new Benz and the first thing that came to my mind was Olds.!!

Quite frankly, I am very dissappointed with the design. I was looking forward to a "real" 2 door W211 E-Class Coupe or even a Coupe with those silly 2 extra "accessory" styled doors without handles ala RX-8. This car leaves me asking "why"? I wanted something to "really" compete with the BMW 6-Series.

Four Doors with four door handles and 4 door locks is a Sedan regardless of what some MBZ Marketing Exec Whiz has sold to the MBZ management.
