Anyone retrofit a P30 package (available only on the E63 sedan) on an E63 wagon? If so, what was the overall cost (parts+labor)? I did a search and didn't see anything. Then again, there's not too many W211 E63 wagons, so there you go.

I would say you would be better off doing a KW coil suspension conversion and put in an aftermarket LSD. It is not clear if the 50% stiffer bound and rebound settings are simply software on the same suspension components. I have heard nothing of tuners changing the stiffness of the suspension, only height.
As for the wheels, you can probably find a set online with some patience. Lastly, the steering wheel canbe bought.

NON P30, AMG: 2113205338 & 2113206313 & 2113208313
Maybe MBZ didn't do anything but the part numbers are different.

Here is my Wagon P30 "conversion":
- P30 Steering wheel: https://mbworld.org/forums/w211-amg/...ing-wheel.html
- Coilovers (KW in the front, Bilstein PSS9 or H&R in the rear as the rear wagon shocks/springs are slightly different). Funny thing is that I run the coilovers softer than the stock suspension and I found the car to be much more livable like this.
- LSD (Quaife)
- Lightweight wheels (HRE R40)
