I recall a guy built his twin charge setup in under a week and had it running, but I can't seem to find his thread...The turbo was in the back and fed the supercharger...there was concern he would hit a wall, but did not....and he was able to tune the car and get great 1/4 mile times.

Anyone recall the users screen name or find the thread ?

You notice it was built by the same shop as the CLS TT? Powerhaus! I don't recall seeing great 1/4 times posted but I'd like to see it at the track .

2. We need to know if a full refund (plus pain and suffering) will be extended

3. We need to know whats going on top of engine. At this point, anything less than a Weistec will get you off my Christmas list.

Thanks for all the love guys.The TT project is dead, and have been in touch with the former owner of IPS. I guess the waiting game now begins to see if money will be refunded, and the kit sent back for further development on his side.

Know matter how long the car will sit waiting, it will look to receive a Weistec Blower kit next as funds allow.

Honestly this is why I kept up with this build, EVERYTHING was put in public light and if advice was needed he asked. Granted someone thought plugs and turbos could be the problem but whatever. Sorry that things didn't go your way, from what I understood you wanted to keep stock functionality (drive it once a while) while putting down power. BTW that other TT thread sucked, GL with the 3.0L blower.

Well it looks like Powerhaus figure out how to get the 113k turbo'd with the stock ECU....So if someone wants to spend the money, I guess they should go with Powerhaus...

You are welcome to call Craig and speak to him and he will verify that I offered to put him in touch with the folks at Tial and Garrett when he and BIP were having problems and thought it might be the turbos.

The point of my comments regarding twin charging and turbos was for those that feel adding a turbo to our platform is impossible. I simply wanted to share that folks have done it (cheaply) and it can work. If you bother to read my other posts, you will also see that I doubted most would want to spend what it would cost to setup a turbo or even twin charge (cheaper).
