Thoughts on value of my car White/pano, low mileage

First off, not really interested in selling my car and good chance I wont but an opportunity to buy some real estate has landed in my lap and I'm considering it. I have a price in mind but looking for someone to agree on or disagree on price.

Car is an 04 and has just under 62k miles, White/Pano, very well documented service and ownership history(as far back as the receipt from payment from the original owner picking the car up) The car also has a $0 deductible aftermarket warranty that is good till August 2015 or 85k miles(which ever comes first) that covers everything but airmatic shocks.

Because of clean history, color combo, low mileage, unbelievable service history, I was thinking of returning to stock and listing for $27k, and taking nothing less than $25k? Thoughts?

I think if you're considering selling, you'd definitely get more from a buyer on here who is an enthusiast and appreciates the exclusivity of White / Pano. Also, are you selling it with wheels or without?

In the past when I sell a car I offer them to the buyer first for a small amount above asking price of the car, otherwise I sell them low end of market value after the sale.

On my M3 I sold a set of Forgelines($5,500 wheels) for $600 to the buyer

Agreed on nothing less than 25. If it doesn't sell - it doesn't sell. Too many rich college students in this city for it not to sell.
White/Pano and low miles is worth every penny.

Id love to say its worth $27k, but honestly I don't think it would bring that much. Pretty much same stats as my car (04, 62k miles, granted mines a different color), I think my car may be worth $25k the way it sits (e63 front end, wheels, diffuser etc). If you can get the same $25k take it.

I don't think I'll ever get 27k, not unless the right buyer comes, but 25 I think is realistic

I would think @ $25K your car would sell in days.
Now Land purchase, borrow, borrow, borrow, the cost of mortgage money will never be this low again.

After how many years I was lusting over buying an E55, I found a Unicorn... this isn't a very easy decision for me, but it's like a deal that is hard to pass up that will put me in a great position down the road in life. I've already begun the pre purchase paperwork, hopefully I get approved, the puzzle pieces are in place to make it happen

Let's face it guys...getting north of 20K for our cars is hard now.
This low mileage unicorn would def push that ceiling, but unfortunately I don't think by much.
Good luck if you decide to sell!

05 White Pano E55, Cadillac CTS-V
Its white and has pano. Nuff said. Sounds like you have many other options like mine does, I have more miles though. They won't be making these cars anymore and are getting rarer and rarer and good luck when wanting a white one, even more rare. Oh you want pano too? Even more rare.

The cars are simply awesome all around cars. At the end of the day $25k isn't that much money for the kind of car you are getting.

Well stated, just keep her!

My thoughts...$25k as it sits would be the high end of what you will see, and it will have to be the right buyer so may take a little time.

well I seem to have a few PMs from the weekend of interested folks. So I guess at $25k, she should go fairly quick.

Now need to see if I get approved for this property

Sold - 05' E55
$25k as is, is a good number for both parties.

Real Estate is a good investment PERIOD.

Unfortunately the E55's are not a good investment (long or short term)
I'd do the same thing - GL
