Ordinarily I would say that they are a complete set of speaker wires but they are in an odd place for speaker wires.

Why would there be speaker wires in the engine compartment ? The connectors where ripped off but I don't have a clue as to where they go.

Looks like you'll need a wiring diagram to figure it out...

Maybe look on the other side to see if any of the connectors share the same number of wires with like colors.

The brown wires are simply the ground side of many components such as light bulbs.

Is the one wire Grey with Red stripe? That could be for the RH Standing/Parking bulb.
Is the other White with Yellow stripe? That could be for the RH High Beam bulb.

Tell me the actual color(s) of each of those non-brown wires, and I can probably tell you exactly what they are supposed to be for.

This IS on your 2005 E55, correct?
