You shouldn't need to remove the HE to replace the bosh pump. The pump itself is tucked nicely into the right front corner of the car. You should be able to reach it just by removing your under tray cover plastic thingy.

I got it done.

Now, I can bleed the system through the small capped nipple to the left of the supercharger right ???

And how much coolant would I need now with a bigger H/E ?? 1 gallon ?

Bleed, top off check and repeat. Please note that you need to activate the pump in order to bleed the system. You can do this via diagnostic tool or manually supplying voltage on the bosh pump terminals.

Take a short drive till the pump is activated, might need to give the throttle a bit of a push. Then go home, dont turn the car off keep it running, connect up your hose to the nipple and the reservoir, hose clamp the hot line where it comes out from the intercooler and ur good to go. Otherwise just drive till it gets really hot then just depressurize the system by opening the lid on the coolant reservoir, you will hear the bubbles release as it depresurises and watch the level go right down in the reservoir

By clamp i mean block it off down low where the rubber hose starts directly below the bleed nipple. Ottherwise drive till its about 60-70 degrees celcius and open the lid on the tank. Downsode to both these methods is the pump runs dry temporarily with air bubbles. May shorten its life slightly
