Having a Problem with my H&K stereo it sounds great for about the first 5 minutes then the sound level drops and it distorts for ages I can turn it down for a while then turn it back up and its ok then distorts again. its an 03 model. is this an old amp issue?

 

Audio Gateway will need to be replaced. There is a fan in it that goes bad and caused it to over heat

 

thanks where is it can I just wire a new fan to it?
