Engine self tuning options
I've got loads of experience in tuning my Celica with a standalone ecu (Apexi Power FC). With it, I can adjust fuelling, VVT angles and ignition timing. It links into the factory knock sensor and provides knock values for various rpm vs load breakpoints. I can gauge 'normal' values (ie, noise picked up from the sensor) vs actual knock this way. Oh and I tune in conjunction with an AEM wideband plugged into the exhaust past the header.
Is there anything similar that I can buy for the E55 that isn't horribly expensive either? If I get to increasing power on my E55 (when I buy another one - can't find a good one after 2 months still!) I'd like to be able to make a safe custom tune after every mod, rather than bend over at a dyno every time.

How does your boosted celica compare to the E55? I think my N/A stroker motor will run me level with a stock E55.
