Still working out the details with Girodisc. I'll let you guys know as soon as we set something in stone.

Thanks!

We still have the drawings for some of the hats, back when I made my custom set a few years ago. Some model cars share the same front hats but it seems most the rears are different. Majority of the weight is saved on the front rotors but it all adds up, so rears are still important.

I have a set of the original Evosport 2 piece rotors and the discs have grooved a bit an I get a slight vibration. They are slotted and drilled, not sure if they can be turned somewhere. Either way I'd be in for a set of the front discs only, hats not needed, if the price was right

Can't turn those rotors. Once they're done, they're done.

Actually I've done quite a bit a research and it sounds like they can be machined.

For evosport the requirement is 19 inch wheels right ?

If not, and 18 inch is fine then I'd be in if the price fits the bill lol

I don't think many will be interested cuz most of our cars are less than 22k lol and

spending 1 grand on brakes could be a big deal especially if people would be planning to sell soon.

Nice! Do they need to be sent off?

No I found a shop locally that says they can do it no problem, provided they are in good enough condition with enough material left. Gonna be way cheaper.

+1. I'd be interested in a full set of GiroDisc rotors plus pads and SS lines if a group buy becomes available. The stock brakes are cooked at 96K miles, it's becoming a safety issue.

Thought I'd bring this back to life and see if we can get something going?
