Aluminum rotor hats for the right person.

Long story short, I have these extra rotor hats that could be made to fit on several different model rotors and willing to give them to the right person that has the will to do the foot work to fit them, find rotors and being a customer of ours also helps They can take about 50 lbs off in un sprung weight, with the right rotors.

The silver front hats are off a SL55 but as I recall, they use the same offset as the E55 fronts and the backs are custom made but did not quit fit on my CLm, so they are also extra..

On my CL, I used custom fronts and SL55 rear hats with disscontinued evosport rotors.

you can still get the evo sport rotor blanks to mount on the hats. I'll take em if you dont want em! They'll look great with my new wheel set up

How much do the Evosport blanks run? I need new rotors and I can't find a good website for them.

I was under the understanding that http://www.girodisc.com/ made them for evosport, but I could be wrong.

Thought I'd poke my head in here and clear up a few misconceptions, I work for Girodisc and we were the original manufacturer of the Evosport rotors. They have always been 100% made in America as they are today, the rotors are poured stateside using our own proprietary metallurgy and machined 100% in house alongside our pins and hats made from 12 ft. bars of strictly US sourced aluminum.

Evosport was cutoff well before they went under and we now sell the rotors under our own name. The rotor rings can be purchased and fastened to the old Evosport hats shown in this thread. ACG is our only stocking distributor in the US for Mercedes rotors and would be happy to help you guys out with rotors, great group of guys over there.

Michael, my sincerest apologies for the confusion. I knew they were available through ACG, I wasn't aware Girodisc was manufacturing them... I thought it was someone else

No worries! There's so much misinformation out there, I mean it is the internet after all! We just do our best to keep it to a minimum.

Bingo Girodisc originally did the Evosport units.
