Sitting on the side of the road with the front right flat. Are there any bandaids to get me home? I can't clear most of the intersections right now without removing the entire front bumper.

No way to raise the car when the strut has failed.
Either drive it carefully or get it towed

Just tow it not worth doing more damage for a tow fee. Obviously make sure its on a flate bed. Or try swapping out the wheel with your donut that might give you some clearance.
