Nitrous in Mercedes

Hello everyone. Have a 55 two pulley 180 and 84. The orifice 82. nozzle 550. manifold, intake cold. a large heat exchanger and a new pump. It has established cooling from vastatic. I want to try the nitrous...worth it or not? if Yes then which company to buy because they need reliability. If someone is nitrous please tell from installing and different difficulties.

Witgh two pulley`s your boost should be pretty high. Do you have forged pistons and built block ? Ar eyou saying you have nitorus jets in the .82 size? If so, that would be pretty large on a boosted motor.

I think he's saying he has an 82mm throttle body and his injectors are 550s

To answer the OPs question, with the pulleys you're probably pushing 15-16lbs of boost and LOTS of heat. Nitrous is a great cooler, I see nothing wrong with a 25 or even a 50 shot to keep the IATs manageable

Yes. I'm a bit incorrectly formulated. I have a 55 motor that already has...the lower pulley 180, the upper pulley 84. Throttle 82mm. the 550 injectors. a large heat exchanger and cooling from the company wastek ,tank in balancetm same exhaust with new collectors......it all goes quickly...problems with the heat..so don't feel as cooling compressor separately from the motor. Question...I want to install a nitrous Guy here who ...who has it already installed. machine with the included esp goes 12.3 402 meters, without glue

Yeah, OP your combo would love the sauce. I had a 188MM in my E55 and saw 16.5lbs and sprayed a 50 wet shot. Made 47rwtq and 110rwtq. Nozzles for that type of shot was a 32/18 which is a little fat on the fuel side.

Give dyno tune a call, hands down the best for setting up a nice system with plenty of features.

All you need is a programmer that has:

-window switch
-any gear lockout
-tps activated at WOT
-ramp up speed

The programmer and basic kit should be around $1000. I love mine

PM me or call if you need anymore help homey.

Craig
