the next bad one I come across I'll have to open it up and see if I can fix it.
Do you know of a way to up the wattage to the bulbs? I remember seeing on hidplanet that you can up the wattage for more output but the module they were doing it to was just slightly different. I believe they wired in a potentiometer somewhere in the board. I'm no electronics engineer though.

No I dont believe that would be worth the amount of work as you would have to change out many components including the resistors in my repair instructions. You would have to pair all of your electrical components in the xenon module to suit the higher wattage.
